Our staff voted to rally in OKC on Monday. We will not be in school Monday. We will be participating in Operation Lunchbox. If your children need lunches, you can pick them up at Eastern Hills Baptist Church on Monday, from 10:30-1:00 at no cost. If you need them delivered, you can call today from 1:00-2:30 or Monday from 8:00-10:30 at 918-341-3626 ext 2 and we will deliver each day if more days are taken. Staff will vote Sunday evening regarding Tuesday. At some point, we may start asking for parent volunteers and hold school. We thank you for your support and know that we love our school community.

PTO meeting scheduled for April 10 in the North Campus Library at 6. Time to vote for new officers. If you are interested in holding an office, please attend meeting.

Vizavance will be at our school for vision screenings next week. They will be at the south campus on March 13 and at the north campus on March 14-15. Notes to exclude students from the screenings will be coming home today and tomorrow. Parents will be asked to provide follow up info for a yearly report that we are required to send to OSDE.

The Olympics came to music last week.





8th grade science classes are busy studying the eco system and atoms/elements.

Most 7th graders are studying weather currently, and have been busy making observations and instruments! Anemometers from Dixie cups, wind socks from long sleeves, clouds from glue and shaving cream, and tornadoes from pop bottles to come tomorrow!





Start keeping track of your reading minutes for the Library Read-A-Thon! Monday, February 26th is wear your favorite vacation shirt or outfit for Read Across America Celebration!!

Due to inclement weather, the JOM meeting has been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date.

Class and Spring Pictures will be on Thursday, February 15th. Class Pictures need to be paid in advance.Enclose $8 and return to school on picture day. Spring Pictures may be ordered online or payment may be sent on picture day.

There will be no elementary tutoring (1st-3rd grade) tomorrow afternoon. Tutoring will resume next Tuesday, February 20th at 4:30

It’s game day! Junior high basketball teams travel to Lonestar today to play in the first round of playoffs. Lady Wildcats play at noon against Woodall. Wildcats follow. If you aren’t busy, please consider making the drive to support these players!



Last home game for the Wildcats against Leach! 5th/6th Boys play at 5 PM. 7th/8th Girls at 6 and 7th/8th Boys at 7. *No 5th/6th Girls game this evening*. Come out and support our teams!!

Tonight is the last day for JOM students to pick up school supplies from 5-7 PM at the North Campus bus barn.

Basketball games are still on today. First game starts at 4:30. 5/6 basketball players will shuttle north and the bus will be leaving at 3:30.
