If you have an 8th grader who will be attending Claremore High School next year, I will be at the North Campus on Sunday from 1-3 during the enrollment packet pick up with CHS enrollment packets for your student. We will be having a Zoom meeting on Tuesday, 5/5 at 6pm to go over the enrollment information that Coach Key (freshmen principal) and I usually go over when we go to Justus to meet with your students. The meeting will include information on making course selections for schedules. Login information for the zoom meeting will be in the packet, or you can email me and I will send you a link. I will schedule another drive by later in the week to pick up your completed packets and course requests. If you have questions please feel free to comment on here, or email me at cvanaman@claremore.k12.ok.us
In the Northeast corner of the North Campus parking lot, is a blue collection box. It says Hope Harbor on it. Hope Harbor has generously offered us the use of the box so we can collect enrollment forms and library books (from both campuses). It is checked on a regular basis, so please don’t hesitate about putting your items in the box. We hope this clears up any confusion!

JT Family: We are having some problems with our morning routine video. Our word of the week is FLEXIBILITY! Flexibility is the ability to be easily modified. Our quote of the week is “You must always be able to predict what’s next and then have the flexibility to evolve.”

The Gingerbread Cowboy can run from the rancher, he can dash past the javelinas, and he can giddyup right by the cattle grazing on the mesa. But what happens when he meets a coyote sleeping in the sun? Find out when you listen to The Gingerbread Cowboy by Janet Squires

Message from Ed Crum:
Have you ever been in a grumpy mood and not know why? Listen to to this story about a grumpy chimp named Jim. After listening, talk or draw a picture about a time when you were grumpy.

Loop around the front and exit out the front as well. JR High-enter through the North Road and pick up items through the normal drop off route. South- Normal pick up/drop off loop. Pull around to South Side of Gym. PLEASE REMAIN IN CAR! Items will be brought out to you. If you need band instruments/athletic items, you will be directed on how to retrieve those. Thank you for your patience and we hope to make this as easiest as possible.
Looking forward to beginning our hopefully no strees of providing education on Monday. We have worked really hard putting together student belongings to pass out. We will be having a pick up window between 1pm and 4pm this Sunday for parents to drive through their respective student’s school and pickup belongings. If your child is doing distance learning through packets, they will be with their belongings. All elementary parents will enter through the main entrance and loop through the elementary parking lot. Staff will be available to find your child’s belongings to give to you in the car. Junior high parents will enter through the north entrance and go through the drop off/ pick up loop. We will bring the belongings out to you. Coaches will also be available on the south side of the gym to pick-up any athletic belongings. Doors will be propped open and students may enter one at a time. Please remain in your car until its your turn. Mrs. Huckeby will be outside the north campus bandroom to retrieve any instruments. I ask that not everyone come at once and we stagger our time and that you please be patient. For health purposes will be limited on help. South campus will loop around the parking lot like dismissal and pull to the south gym entrance door to retrieve belongings. You will be able to drop off textbooks and library books at each location the same time you pick up belongings. Please make sure any book covers and loose paper are removed from the books. For safety purposes, we will not have much time to talk. Thank you in advance for your patience as we get belongings to our students. Bless you.
